a. By accessing the cognitive assessment quiz and paying for the results, you agree to enter into a monthly subscription of $19.99-USD for the cognitive enrichment plan. b. The subscription grants you access to additional resources, tips, and strategies for cognitive development. c. The subscription can be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer support. e. Please note that there is a minimum subscription period in place, being that if you choose to cancel the subscription within the minimum period of 3 Months, you will be required to pay the remaining fees for the contracted period upfront. g. After the minimum subscription period, you can cancel the subscription without any additional fees.

Payment for the subscription will be processed automatically each month using the payment method you provide.

Termination:

Autism Care may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Site without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Severability: 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
